We work with DPD for deliveries within Poland. Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over the shipping process once your order has been handed over to the carrier. In case of a delay, we recommend contacting your local DPD office for the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

You will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also follow your order through your account on our online store, where the Track & Trace information will be available as long as the order was placed using your personal account and not as a guest.
